Examples of synergies in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region: the first issue of the PNSI newsletter is on line!
A year ago to the day the first local business meeting of the regional inter-company synergy programme (programme régional de synergies inter-entreprises - PNSI) was held in Saint-André-de-Cubzac.
What is the aim of these business meetings? To offer companies in the same region the possibility of pooling their resources, whether material, such as wood, raw materials, recyclable waste or energy, or intangible (skills, premises, etc.) to keep their costs and environmental impacts to a minimum, while exploring new business opportunities and creating links within the region.
Forty companies took part and in two hours of intense discussions about the resources that they were looking for or that they have, 536 potential synergies were identified. Of course, all these potential synergies will not succeed, and those that will often require time to set them up.
In this first newsletter we’ll be sharing with you the first news of these synergies being set up or negotiated to illustrate these opportunities for working together sought by the regional programme. As the programme unfolds, we will have more and more interesting stories to tell you about in forthcoming newsletters.
